Red Roof PLUS+ Tempe - Phoenix Airport

I stayed the evening for an earlybird flight and was totally satisfied. From check-in until the time I left, all was good. The front desk attendant; I didn't get her name, greeted me with humor and professionalism and even gave me some good information on other services the hotel provided. My room was a two double bed. Standard, but clean, and the mattress was comfortable and allowed me to sleep until I received my wake up call. Overall, for the price, location, service and convenience to the airport, I'll be back and recommend this Red Roof Inn+ to anybody.

It is now Monday, December 30th, exactly one week after my son checked out of Hotel. My credit card notified me that I was charged an additional service charge for security deposit that was originally refunded to me when he left, as he cleaned up the room before leaving. I called the Hotel and spoke to Mavi on the phone, and she claimed the cleaning staff accused my son of smoking in the room and discolored one of their towels, so they charged it back! My son doesn't smoke and when I asked him about it, he then shared that in his stay of 26 days, they never cleaned the room and he had to ask for toilet paper, and they only made the bed once. He also wanted me to add that they have no laundry facilities for guests to use. I was not aware of any of this when I first wrote my review. I have disputed the $75 charge with my credit card company and my credit card company heard the whole conversation over the phone, with Mavi and me. I was actually going to plan my stay here, later in January, but not now. This is not good service at all!

I loved my stay with red roof plus+ in Tempe. The rooms were spacious and the front desk staff were amazing. They have personality while still being professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that just needs to get away for a night or two

Location is great for business and working people. Services is amazing they answer the phones help out when asked and go above and beyond, if they can I tried giving a tip a young gentleman turned me down an said I am just happy and pleased to do my job. I enjoy being here when I'm not working people and environment is great. Some people complain about the dogs well I have one and they still do great here want better pay more some where else or pay less and get what that offers all in all great stay been here for over a week

Centrally located which makes moving around easy. The staff is friendly, helpful, and speedy - easily would refer this hotel to anyone I know. The rooms are clean and the prices are reasonable. Thank you !! Cannot express enough how much the staffing here exceeded expectations in every way possible...

The reason it's not 5 star sll the way is the inter et hardly works. My husband asked them if Tom from MySpace was the IT GUY. Otherwise, it's very chill staff. And won't tax you for your pets. Easy access to the city.

Friendly staff and fairly clean rooms. Not as much noise-proof insulation as I'd like in a quiet stay but not overly loud unless someone's outside your door. Was not able to find staff at checkout, but I stayed under an airline voucher so I dropped off my keys and left. Close to airport, big plus.

Staff was friendly they found disabled room for in short notice so to unexpected overnight due to airline equipment issues. easy check in and out. helped me with my luggage to my room. room could have been a bit cleaner. There was also no regular coffee available. Staff was nice enjoyed my short stay for the most part. was quiet.
